Return & Refund Policy

All products returned for the original amount of the item, minus any costs taken on by Hinoki Kitchen Craft. Exchanges and returns will only be excepted 14 days from the original delivery date and with proof of purchase. Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Items found to be used or damaged in any way will not be excepted for return and the customer must pay any shipping costs associated with return.  Hinoki Kitchen Craft does not except returns or exchanges due to customer damage or misuse. Please read our Product Care Policy for more information about proper use. The customer is responsible for any shipping, insurance, customs or any other related costs to return products. 

Please inform us prior to shipping any return items. 

There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. 

Items that are not eligible for return are: sale items, gift cards, products without proof of purchase or in damaged packaging, damaged items, or any product after 14 days of delivery date.  

Returned products will be inspected upon arrival and the customer will be notified via email of the return status, which will inform you of approval or rejection of return. If approved, your return will be processed and your original method of payment will be credited. This may take several days to complete. 

 Hinoki Kitchen Craft may change these policies at any time without notice. It is the customers responsibility to review all our policies and agree to them prior to purchasing. 


If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date. Hinoki Kitchen Craft will not except return claims made after 48 hours. Additionally, we will not except returns for damage due to customer misuse or error. Please keep the entire order, packaging materials and all, for later inspection.
