Sado

Bozaru, or woven bamboo strainer, is used in preparation or presentation of a meal. The natural qualities of bamboo make it excellent for the kitchen, as it can absorb water yet dry fast, making it quite sanitary.

Bonzaru from this line are handmade in Sado, a Japanese island located in Niigata Prefecture. Sado is famous for bamboo craft, as some of the highest quality bamboo is harvested there.
