DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Hinoki Kitchen/Craft ships domestically via USPS and UPS for a rate determined by the shipping company. Domestic shipping usually takes 2-3 days once the shipping company has received the package. This estimated time can sometimes be more or less, depending on the shipping company selected. Hinoki Kitchen/Craft cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once the order is in possession of the shipping company. Once the shipping company has taken possession of the package, Hinoki Kitchen/Craft is no longer responsible for the processing, tracking, loss or damage, redirecting, delays in delivery or customs. In the event that an issue arises, a claim must be filed by the customer. Hinoki Kitchen/Craft will provide any information needed for the claim, but will not open a claim for you.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any custom duties or fees, including Low-Value Goods Taxes, Import Taxes or brokerage and Disbursement Fees are the responsibility of the customer. If these taxes or fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer after the purchase. If the fees or taxes are not paid and the order is returned, there may be additional fees or taxes imposed on Hinoki Kitchen/Craft, which will be deducted from the refund amount of the purchase.
