Morikatsu Towel Katakata Whale

Morikatsu is a unique hybrid of a towel and a sponge. It is highly absorbent, durable and can be used for a variety of kitchen cleaning tasks. It's also a very useful accessory when sharpening knives, as it can both absorb and retain the optimal level of water. Therefore, you can easily wipe your blade clean, as well as squeeze water on your whetstone as needed.

But I especially love these towels for their ability to moisten and/or wipe clean my hinoki and rubber cutting boards.
