    Description

    For vegetables that taste delicious and look beautiful, blanching is a popular technique. Simply put, no tool works better for removing vegetables from a pot and placing them in cold water than the Coarse Mesh Skimmer. Made of stainless steel, this skimmer will hold up well against salty water, and it is surprisingly durable for the weight.

    Overall, this is another tool that I have used thousands of times for blanching, and still it's my favorite for the task. It's ergonomic, easy to hold, and because of its thin design, is very easy to scoop ingredients both big and small.
