    Sasara, a scrubbing brush used widely in professional kitchens in Japan, often is used for cleaning and scrubbing raw fish. The Hayakawa Fish Brush is designed for cleaning the insides of fish. The smaller size of the brush works well for any sized kitchen you have. The brush is made of polypropylene, making it hygienic and easy to care for. The brush also comes with a useful hanging loop. 

    This sasara can also be used for scrubbing cutting boards after cutting fish, chicken, beef or pork, as the protein can often be difficult to remove. Prior to cleaning and sanitizing a cutting board, using cold water and this Sasara can make fast work of removing the protein.
