Yoshida Textile gauze is certified safe for use with food and cooking, and has a wide array of uses in the kitchen. One advantage of Yoshida Textile products is that they are often sold in a large role, so you can cut to size what you need.
Some uses for this gauze cloth are as a steamer cloth, drying vegetables and fruit, use with pickling, squeezing ingredients, straining broths and dashi, use with cheese and yogurt, and much more.
Domestically grown, processed and sewn in Osaka Prefecture, Yoshida Sarashi kitchen towels are a favorite of sushi chefs and home cooks alike. And at a length of 33 feet, you can customize many sizes to your preference.
Founded in 1936, Yoshida Sarashi is a textile manufacturing company located in Tsubame City in Niigata Prefecture. They have many areas of production, including Osaka.
