Bamboo Steamer Kit 27cm

This kit has all you need to begin steaming meals with a unique addition to your kitchen. The Bamboo Steamer is a handmade treasure, with the outer body constructed of multiple layers of Kiso Hinoki. A unique feature of this steamer is its thickness, which is at least 15mm, ensuring a robust, durable and efficient cooking device. The inner portion and dome is constructed of Bamboo, which is built sturdy, ensuring years of heavy use. The kit also includes a Seiro pot that is 30cm, as well as a steam ring, which accommodates the unique size of the steamer.

Please Note: Aluminum is not dishwasher safe. 

Before using the bamboo steamer, always briefly immerse in water. This prevents the wood from burning, warping or cracking.  

Wood is not dishwasher safe. Excessive detergent and soap may damage the wood products and natural oils as well.
