Suri Urushi Cooking Chopsticks Bamboo 30cm

The Suri Urushi Bamboo Chopsticks are very lightweight and thin at the tip, as a result of being diamond cut. These chopsticks are amazing for more precise work, such as plating, serving and moving pieces around. 

Saibashi (cooking chopsticks) are an indispensable kitchen tool for frying, sautéing, mixing, stirring, turning and much more. There is no other utensil that works in quite the same way. 

Saibashi are much longer than dining chopsticks (hashi) and help to keep your hand away from steam, splattering oils and high temperature. Saibashi are typically about 29-33cm long, and hashi are usually about 20-23cm long
