The pot features an ergonomic handle and lid, stainless steel strainer, stainless steel housing for the strainer, and a carbon filter that fits snugly at the bottom of the housing piece. The design allows the entire filter (strainer, housing piece and filter) to be placed on the inverted lid, where it sits snug. This design allows neat and clean management of the filtered oil.
