    An excellent choice for a peeler that is sharp but does not remove too much product. This peeler also features a curved blade, which is ideal for many vegetables, especially potatoes. Used in a kitchen where hundreds of pounds of vegetables were peeled on a weekly basis, this peeler is my absolute favorite for ease of use, sharpness and overall performance.
