This kit has all you need to begin steaming meals with a unique addition to your kitchen. The Bamboo Steamer is a handmade treasure, with the outer body constructed of multiple layers of kiso hinoki. A unique feature of this steamer is its thickness, which is at least 15mm, ensuring a robust, durable and efficient cooking device. The inner portion and dome is constructed of bamboo, which is built sturdy, ensuring years of heavy use. The kit also includes a seiro pot that is 24cm, as well as a steam ring, which accommodates the unique size of the steamer.
