Overall, this sharpening box, coupled with the Stone Holder by Suehiro, makes a sharpening kit that I have been researching for years. When working as a chef, often I would need to quickly setup and sharpen my knives, but the sharpening kits I tried were either too big or too small, requiring space and/or cleanup I wanted to avoid. This box, as well as the Short Sharpening Box are what I believe to be a solution to this problem. And, with an attractive look, I don't mind storing this in or near my kitchen.
