Multi Sliding Rack Stone Holder

Suehiro's Sliding Rack Stone Holder is a compact bridge that provides a sharpening station within your kitchen. The stone holder can be used as a standalone piece, but is recommended to be used with either the Tall Sharpening Box or the Short Sharpening Box, as each are uniquely sized. 

Included is a non-slip mat, which fits neatly over the bridge and prevents movement while sharpening. The Marie Whetstone Holder is recommended as an excellent whetstone holder for use with this bridge.

Another great feature of this stone holder is the inclined attachment, which makes for a cleaner work station, and is my preferred setup. This also slightly extends the length of the bridge.

Overall, this stone holder works perfectly with the recommended boxes, as it neatly fits inside, providing a compact, attractive sharpening station. In my years as a chef, I was always in need of a way to quickly access a sharpening station, but most of what I found on the market was too big, too long, or came with too many inconveniences. I believe this setup solves the problem. With a quick and easy sharpening station setup, you’re more likely to regularly maintain your knives, making cooking more fun.
